Smart coolers and micro markets are a different sale than traditional vending: the customer is buying a higher-trust, higher-margin amenity — open shelving, badge or app payment, IoT inventory tracking — and the buying committee is usually larger. We've trained our callers on the technology stack so they can answer the second-order questions: theft mitigation, planogram flexibility, integration with existing badging.

Pilots in this segment usually involve a longer discovery cycle and a site walkthrough, and the appointment held-rate criteria are stricter — decision-makers here expect a real conversation, not a 5-minute pitch. The price is the same as every vertical we serve: $299.99 introductory per held appointment, billed only when a meeting holds to the rubric.
